Honolulu Hawaii Land Use Attorney Nathan Natori was part of the groundbreaking State of Hawaii, Land Use Commission’s Decision and Order for Phases III and IV of the Kaloko Industrial Park, which has been used as a template by the Hawaii Land Use Commission.

Our Successful Hawaii Land Use Decision

We successfully obtained approval from the Land Use Commission despite the initial opposition by the Federal government (National Park Service), State of Hawaii and County of Hawaii. The State of Hawaii and County of Hawaii eventually supported our petition.

We also obtained subsequent amendments, and successfully obtained County of Hawaii approval of the housing requirements. This is only 1 example of our work on land use issues.
